Join in for an active and engaging three-hour exploration of Ken Ludwig’s comedy lifting the magnifying glass on themes of literary-to-theatrical adaptation, conventions of comedy, and highlights of what to look for within the production. This workshop is designed to enhance the theatre-going experience in advance of attending Ken Ludwig’s Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery and will not give spoilers of the plot but will address the performance conventions of the play. While engaged conversation and activation of text will be highlights of the workshop, no outside reading or familiarity with Holmes’ adventures – Baskervilles or otherwise – is necessary. Please note that this workshop does not include a ticket to any performance.
