Our Location and Parking

Lone Tree Arts Center, a state-of-the-art performing arts center, is located near I-25 and Lincoln Avenue. We are on the south end of the Denver metro area, just a short drive from Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Parker, or Aurora. The Arts Center has a large, free on-site parking lot as well as a convenient drop-off point at the front entry. The parking lot can be found on the south side of the building.  For sold out events, we recommend utilizing the free parking structure across the street at Target.

Public Transportation

The Lone Tree Arts Center is also accessible by RTD Light Rail and the Lone Tree Link. Take the RTD Light Rail to Sky Ridge Station, and then contact the LONE TREE LINK to pick you up for free. The Arts Center is a 15-20 minute walk from Sky Ridge Station.

Concessions

At most performances, the Lone Tree Arts Center offers a concessions menu consisting of beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drink options. Snack options include candy, chips, and cookies. Patrons are welcome to bring drinks inside the theater but snacks must be enjoyed in the lobby.

Seat Map

The Main Stage Theater was designed with acoustic excellence in mind. With 480 seats and a maximum distance of 60 feet from the stage in any seat, the space provides a uniquely intimate experience for events. Wheelchair and companion seats are available on the main level as well as in the balcony. If you have any accessibility or mobility needs, please ensure that you inform us at the time of your ticket order.

Lone Tree Arts Center ticketing terms apply to all online, phone, and in person ticket orders for events purchased from the Lone Tree Arts Center Box Office. By submitting your order you agree to these terms and conditions. Please note that due to the nature of live theatrical bookings, all programs, dates, and times are subject to change without advance notice to ticketholders.
