With breakneck pace and a rich gallery of characters, this hysterically funny farce follows the on- and off -stage antics of a mediocre touring company as they stumble from dress rehearsal to disastrous last night of their comedy play, Nothing On. In this play-within-a-play, absolutely everything that can go wrong does. The cast members desperately try to maintain composure and resort to sabotaging their fellow actors, resulting in a terrifying descent into hilarious chaos. Missed cues, broken backstage romances and a very slippery plate of sardines all come together to create this riotous, madcap comedy that will get everyone caught in the act! The New York Times critic Frank Rich called this "the funniest play written in my lifetime." If you enjoy a good laugh, Noises Off is definitely the play for you!
